1. The rules for registration are event specific.

2. Online registrations will be closed on 10th October, 2018 by 11.00 PM.

3. Offline registrations will be on the spot from 9.00 AM to 10.00 AM 0n 12th October, 2018. No registrations are granted thenceforth.

4. The teams registered online will have to confirm their registration on the day of the fest.

5. No cross college teams will be allowed to participate.

6. The participants are required to report at least 30 min before the commencement of the event in which they want to participate.

7. The students must carry their college identity cards and its photo copy with them.

8. The participants should provide their bank account details for receiving cash prize, in case they win. The details are as follows:

  • Account Holder name
  • Account Number
  • Bank Name & Branch Name
  • IFSC code

9. The decision of the judges will be final.

10. All the participants are requested to maintain decorum and strictly follow the instructions given to them from time to time.

  • Paper presentation should be based on the topics related to the field of Mathematics.
  • Maximum three teams per college are allowed to participate.
  • Participants are instructed to present their paper in a team of at the most 2 students.
  • Abstract (Max. 100 words) of the presentation along with the presentation must be mailed at kalindimathematicsdepartment@gmail.com before the last date of online registration.
  • Each team of participants should bring a soft as well as a hard copy of their presentation.
  • Every team will be given 6+1 minutes to present their paper and 2 minutes for interjection.
  • First three selected teams will be awarded prizes.
  • Registrations will be done only online via latest by 11.00 PM.
